It seems to be a famous store in Shibukawa.
Looking at the parking lot, there are many cars with license plates from other prefectures.
I waited about 20 minutes. It was hot... 💧
Looking at the ticket vending machine, it seems that the niboshi soba is closed for the time being, so I ordered a special soy sauce soba (medium thin straight noodles) and a char siu rice bowl. I wanted to eat dried sardines...
The firm, medium-thin noodles have a good texture, and everything from char siu, chicken meatballs, ajitama, and bamboo shoots is delicious!
The rice bowl arrived immediately after ordering. I was surprised at how quickly it was delivered. It's crowded so I guess I'm used to it flowing well. It would have been nice if the soup had been a little hotter. The quantity is small compared to the price, so I'll have to get a bigger size next time 😅
The char siu was soft and the noodles were delicious.
It seems to be a popular restaurant, and immediately after entering, they put up a sign saying they were out of soup. After that, customer cars continued to arrive.
I received the special salt soba. You can choose noodles, but I chose straight noodles. Ingredients are chashu pork, boiled egg, meatballs, menma, daikon radish, seaweed, and green onions.
Straight noodles go well with the clear soup.
The chashu is a chewy type. A slight pork flavor remains. The soup is light and has a strong pork aroma, so this dish seems to have different tastes.
Boiled eggs are half-boiled. Tsukune contains cartilage and has an enjoyable texture. The other ingredients are also a nice accent.
Overall, this is a cup that conveys the desire to make delicious ramen!Keep up the good work!
It was my first visit.
I've wanted to go for a while, but every time I pass by there's a line...
Usually, I couldn't do it due to time constraints, but today I had plenty of time, so I lined up excitedly! (lol)
Fortunately, there were only two people waiting outside, so maybe the timing was good.
I was told that dried sardines ramen was not available, so I ordered the special salt ramen, which is basically my favorite salt ramen. (It's a ticket vending machine)
I had a choice of medium-thin straight noodles or hand-curved noodles, so I chose medium-thin straight noodles.
Two types of char siu, menma, seasoned eggs, green onions, fishballs, and clear soup...
Everything was my favorite type and delicious, including the noodles!
I will definitely go again when the time is right!
It's been a while since I last visited.
My companion and I ordered all the special salt and special soy sauce.
You can enjoy the traditional dark soy sauce flavor that brings back the nostalgia of soy sauce. The noodles are thin and fluffy, which is the best. You can also enjoy the char siu meatballs and be satisfied. It gets crowded on weekends, so weekdays are recommended.
There is always a wait outside, but the ramen is well worth the wait.
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and feels like a stylish ramen shop.
I always order special dried sardines soba, but due to the increase in the purchase price of dried sardines and the decrease in stock, they seem to be offering it irregularly. This time, it was sold out, so I ordered the special salt soba for the first time.
I have never had salt ramen that was so delicious, with a clear soup and a lot of flavor.
Next time, I would like to try the special soy sauce soba that I haven't tried yet.
When I visited for the first time and looked at the ticket vending machine to try the dried sardine soba that I was interested in, I saw a red ❌ light up and a sign, so I ordered the special soy sauce soba (all toppings = 1,200 yen) and chashu rice (300 yen). , I ordered the noodles medium-thin.
The chicken soy sauce-based soup is light but has a rich, deep flavor that pairs well with the crisp straight noodles. The ingredients such as boiled eggs, two kinds of pork, meatballs, and menma are also good👍, and the chashu rice has an elegant amount and taste, making it a good accompaniment to ramen.
Used for weekday lunch.
About 7 parking spaces.
2 table seats and 5-6 counter seats
Are they a married couple? The inside of the store is clean, and the corona measures are also solid.
There are soy sauce, salt, and boiled ramen with a meal ticket system.
I got a large serving (120 yen) of salt (880 yen).
For noodles, you can choose medium thin straight noodles or curly noodles. This time I chose medium thin.
The soup is clear and slightly golden. The ingredients and noodles are neatly arranged and beautiful. The taste is a little gentle, but it is an exquisite balance that is not unsatisfactory. Noodles are just right too. Ingredients are menma, green onions, radish sprouts, and 3 pieces of small char siu (maybe it's my imagination, each piece has a different taste?) It has a very well-balanced taste, and it doesn't feel like anything stands out, but When I ate it with various ingredients, the taste expanded and it was indescribably delicious.
The customer service also gives a very good impression, and it is easy to understand why it is so popular.
